We are aware that the use of the SPIS toolbox is partly quite sophisticated. In particular, the question where and how to generate the local data to be inserted into the EXCEL-tools is sometimes complicated. You should always be aware that the correct results of the calculations made with the help of the tools strongly depend on the data you insert into the fields.

We are here to support you! Submitting the filled-in support form automatically creates a new «support ticket» and your problem or question will be forwarded to one of our specialists. You may use the form

• if you have questions regarding the use of a particular tool and/or sources of external data;
• if you observe a calculation error in one of the tools and want to make us aware;
