How to change my password?
Proceed to "Group" -> "Edit your personal data" and enter your initial password and then your new one. Click the "Save" button which is directly below "Change Password"

What to do if participants cannot log-in?
1. Passwords and usernames are case-sensitive. Most common error: the "caps" key is activated
2. Use the "Forgot your password?" function on the log-in page. Important: Use the e-mail address which was used for registering (1st e-mail address)
3. There are 2 important prerequisites that we do have to follow:
- a. Cookies must be accepted
- b. Internet Explorer 6 will NOT work. Update to IE 9 or (better!) change to Google Chrome or Firefox.

Can we download the modules to view them offline?
Each lesson consists of some pages with a very small amount of text - just as an appetizer. These pages are not available offline. However, the fraction of the course most time-consuming can be found under «Primary resources» in each lesson – and this IS an offline resource. You will in every case have to download the PDF and read it offline.
