More about the Webinar:
Customer service refers to the broad experience of the customer that includes interactions, product quality and problem resolution. It also refers to the business relationship that an organization has with the people who purchase its goods or services. In a utility, this relationship means that a customer receives adequate services for the amount of money he pays.
Most utilities are monopolies – they do not have to compete. But this does not mean that they can neglect customers. It is a utility’s obligation to deliver services that satisfy customers and provide for public health and safety.
